1. Service description
RTB Compliance Checker provides free online tools for checking the compliance of rent review notices and termination notices with Irish residential tenancy law, and for generating template lease agreements and termination notices. The service is operated by NestHub.
2. Not legal advice
This service provides compliance guidance and document templates only. It does not constitute legal advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified solicitor. The information and documents provided are based on our interpretation of the Residential Tenancies Acts 2004-2026 and publicly available RTB guidance, which may not reflect the most recent legislative changes or court interpretations.
3. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the compliance results will be accurate, complete, or current, or that generated documents will be legally sufficient for your specific circumstances. You are solely responsible for verifying the legal sufficiency of any document or compliance result before acting on it.

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information you enter into our tools. You acknowledge that compliance results and generated documents are based solely on the information you provide and may not account for all relevant facts or circumstances of your tenancy. You agree to have all generated documents reviewed by a qualified solicitor before execution.

The RTB Compliance Checker website, rules engine, and user interface are the intellectual property of NestHub. Documents generated using our tools are based on standard legal templates and may be used freely for their intended purpose.

This site contains links to third-party websites including the RTB (rtb.ie), NestHub (nesthub.ie), and payment processors. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these external sites.
8. Modifications
