1. Who we are
RTB Compliance Checker is operated as a free tool by NestHub, an Irish property management platform. This privacy policy explains how we handle information when you use our compliance checking and document generation tools at rtbchecker.ie.
2. What data we collect
Data you enter into forms: All data you enter (tenancy dates, rent amounts, property addresses, names, etc.) is processed entirely in your browser. We do not send this data to any server, database, or third party. No form data leaves your device.
Analytics: We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics service that does not use cookies, does not track individuals, and is fully GDPR compliant. Plausible collects only aggregate, anonymous data such as page views, referral sources, and country of visitor. No personal data is collected.
Generated documents: Documents (lease agreements, termination notices) are generated in your browser and are not stored on our servers. When you download or copy a document, it stays on your device.
3. Cookies
We do not use cookies. Plausible Analytics operates without cookies.
4. Third-party services
Firebase Hosting: Our site is hosted on Google Firebase. Firebase may log standard web server access logs (IP addresses, request timestamps) as part of normal operations. See Google's privacy policy for details.
Plausible Analytics: Privacy-friendly analytics. See plausible.io/privacy for their data practices.
Stripe: If you make a payment, Stripe processes the transaction. We do not store payment card details. See stripe.com/privacy for their practices.
5. Your rights under GDPR
Since we do not collect or store personal data from your use of the compliance tools, there is no personal data to access, rectify, or delete. If you have questions about your data, contact us at the email below.
6. Children
This service is intended for use by landlords, tenants, and property professionals. It is not directed at children under 18.
